Exterior Inspection:

Our InspecTechs will meticulously assess your vehicle's exterior, identifying imperfections, paint issues, clear coat damage, and areas needing special attention. They will look for visible signs of wear, such as swirl marks, scratches, or paint defects, and provide you with detailed insights into your vehicle's paintwork condition.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Fees:

•  A booking fee will be required for clients who have canceled three or more consecutive appointments.

• The booking deposit is set at $75 for any service Interior Refresh Package and above and will be applied towards you total due.

• If you cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, the booking fee will be fully refunded.

• For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, the booking fee will be retained.

Inclement Weather Policy:

At Arkad Detailing, we understand that unpredictable weather conditions can impact your plans. In the event of inclement weather, such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or other adverse conditions, we want to ensure your convenience and safety. If you have scheduled a detailing service and the weather is not suitable for the service to be performed effectively, we offer the following options.

Rescheduling: If the weather is not conducive to a proper detailing experience, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment. We'll work with you to find a suitable alternative date and time at no additional charge.

Flexibility: Our priority is your satisfaction and safety. If you're uncomfortable with the weather conditions on the day of your appointment, please let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate your concerns and find a solution that suits both parties.

Cancellation: If the weather conditions are severely adverse, and you're unable to reschedule, we understand. You can cancel your appointment without incurring any cancellation fees. Please reach out to us as soon as possible in such cases.

This is especially important if your vehicle has recently been painted or if you have any concerns about the paint's integrity.

While we employ safe and effective washing techniques, such as our Pinnacle Wash, for delicate paint, failing to disclose damaged or sensitive areas may increase the risk of further damage during a pressure wash. Arkad Detailing is not liable for any damage that may occur to your vehicle's paint or clear coating if such conditions are not disclosed before the wash.

Water Transport Fee : Our water transport service incurs a fee of $50, which includes both the Liability Water Transport Fee and the Water Fill Fee.

Fill Times : Our skilled technicians ensure that the water tank is appropriately filled and ready for use during the service. Please note that water fill times may vary based on the service package selected and the specific requirements of your vehicle.

Liability Water Transport Fee : This fee covers the safe and secure transportation of water to your location, ensuring that the necessary water supply is available for the car care service.

Water Fill Fee : The water fill fee covers the replenishment of water used during the service, ensuring that our team has access to an adequate water supply to deliver a thorough and efficient car wash experience.

Insurance Coverage : Our water transport and fill services are conducted with the utmost care and responsibility. Soiled Level Inspection Disclaimer:

Soiled Levels and Pricing: Our Interior Refresh Package starts at a base price of $50. However, please note that the actual service cost may vary based on the condition of your vehicle's interior. We categorize soiled levels as follows, with corresponding modifiers:

• Dusty (Least): No additional charge

• Slightly Dirty: +$35

• Dirty: +$50

• Grimy: +$65

• Filthy (Most): +$25

• Disastrous: +$150 (or more, depending on inspection)

Vehicle Size Modifiers : In addition to soiled levels, we also account for the size of your vehicle with the following modifiers to the starting price:

• Compact / Sedan: No additional charge

• SUV / Truck: +$25

Flexible Soiled Level Adjustment : We strive to provide you with accurate pricing that reflects the level of care your vehicle requires. Please be aware that our technicians will conduct an inspection before the service to determine the appropriate soiled level and modifiers. If the initial description provided during booking does not match the actual condition of your vehicle's interior, we reserve the right to adjust the soiled level and pricing accordingly.
