At Arkad Detailing, we strive to offer our clients the best possible experience. To ensure that our services are available to all and to manage our schedule effectively, we have implemented a cancellation policy.
A booking fee will be required for clients who have canceled three or more consecutive appointments.
The booking deposit is set at $75 for any service Interior Refresh Package and above and will be applied towards you total due.
If you cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, the booking fee will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, the booking fee will be retained.
